This service must be requested at least 36 hours before your pickup day. Requests submitted after that deadline cannot be accommodated.

Also: secure a building bin if possible. Bins fill up fast on pickup day. If your dorm has shared bins/dollies, reserve one or have one available for our team to load your items efficiently.

Agreement
I confirm my items will be packed, labeled with QR codes, and photos submitted by the deadline. My access contact(s) must be available 30 minutes before my pickup window to sign the Pack&Store team into the building and give them access to my room. If unattended, the team will contact my POC first; my RA is backup. If items are not ready or the room is not accessible, my items will be left behind subject to dorm rules, and no refund will be issued.
